  What does that matter?    This does show media bias.  There are white on black crimes we do not hear about. There are also black on white crimes we don't hear about......   The problem is, when we do hear about a white on black crime, the media blows it up like it happens twice a day and 4 times on Saturday, when that is not the case.(I could pull up stats, but no one cares about those). 

It's sad, but he knew the risk......   So does every police officer when they clock in for work......   That's why Police officers have my respect.....

  If someone wants to analyze cop shootings, they would find white cops kill more of other races than black. I put out the numbers in other threads and no one wants to debate the stats. It would be a pretty boring media story since cop killing represent such a small percent of gun related homicides.

  The police department would have been the first to go if I was incharge.

  I was with you until this......   So, if a person runs a stop sigh or looks down at radio and causes an accident, and kills someone you are saying that person should receive the same punishment as someone that plans the murder of another person?   ^^run on sentence^^    Sorry

  We will see, I took a vacation from this site for about a year and a half. I would think they could use this part of the forum in the off-seasons....   But if we can't talk about controversial subjects, makes the conversations boring IMO.   I follow the rules and never attack or name call. Maybe they should focus on the ones that don't. I don't have to attack or get upset to communicate my point.

  I went back and read the previous threads on this case. As with some other cases, some people jump to conclusions without getting all the facts. I feel pretty sorry for that backwoods Sheriff that messed up the case, was in over his head, was covering up because Wright used to date his daughter....None of those things ended up being true (along with MANY wrong claims on the autopsy report) but many did not  want to wait for the facts.....just wanted to use the old "SETX" excuse.......

  I was trying to post below before it got locked....here was my response:   While this has nothing to do with Trayvon, it does bring some stuff to light.   Remember the media and Trayvon supporters calling Zimmerman a murderer? People said he was racial profiling. People, posters on this forum were bringing up his past, Biggirl bringing up assault cases against Zimmerman (that were dropped) to prove he was violent.   Remember on the Alfred Wright case.  Posters on this board calling out Tom Maddox as a racist, and "backwoods cop", said he covered up this murder........   Here, I just posted links to video's where he is spreading hate and talking about killing......   Why is calling out white people OK, but not OK for black people? (I realize no one will answer this)   I posted it not to be racist(but some will never believe that) , but to show a side that the media is not showing,,,,,,and it appears some don't like it......

  Whatever.......   How do you think Obama would handle 911?   Do you even know all the safeguards Bush put in place to keep you safe?   He was not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.....but he truly loved his country and did everything he could to protect it.
