  1. Wow I didn't know that, but just looking at it, And how players reacted. Perkins isn't a guy you would expect that from and he's probably beaten himself up about it.. Charlie is a tough disciplinarian, I'm sure he knows best..These kids look at him like a father figure I'm sure he knows best.. land if you don't think this game is big for Charlie strong and company, think again..just look at the board and you'll see..
  2. I agree, Some ppl are being crazy, talking about an 8-4 season is a failure..What!?!?! We just went 5-7 , now we're to good for a winning season and bowl game?? Not saying they're going 8-4 but, I think we've let the 2-0 record get to our head..comeone guys Strong is doing a great job, and like Les miles who was 134-43 at LSU, 2National championship games and 1 NC, with top 5 recruiting classes ppl are unfairly putting him on the hot seat and he has the ship turning...
  3. It's al about Fits...Diaz may fit in Miami, just cause he didn't in Austin doesn't mean he was a bad D.C.
  4. Y'all counting strong out to soon...Texas won't be in the Herman sweepstakes's...trust me
  5. I have them going 2-1 against those teams if they don't have let downs..but wouldn't be surprised to see a 3-0 or 1-2
  6. It may not be as bad as it seemed..remember we are on the outside looking in, and Strong is known for a tough disciplinarian,..
  7. I agree. If Lamar Jackson can guide Louisville through this schedule, theirs no question who should win.. i was just pointing out cook was back in the conversation, after that down game last week, but Jackson is the definition of front runner right now lol
  8. I've heard the same...New faces we will see on D
  9. Trap game, and its right before they play Tennesee and Bama
  10. Welcome back Tennessee Volunteers, to the conversation after a big win against Florida also welcome to the heisman watch Dalvin Cook Auburn might be the luckiest team in the last decade, but Les Miles Sit just got unfairly hot Louisville vs Clemson matchup is set, will tell a lot about both teams. The big 10 just got foggy with Wisconsin dismantling Mich St And setting up an interesting Wisconsin vs Michigan game next weekend A&M is a legit contender in a Down SEC year if they can get through the next 3 weeks (Tenn,Bama) Defense is as good as its been in years with still a good offense and Leader in Knight Very good games next weekend Stanford vs Washington, Clemson vs Louisville, Michigan vs Wisconsin just to name a few.. teams no one is talking about: Colorado, Washington , Baylor teams we need to stop talking about: Notre Dame, Georgia
  11. One things for sure..Arkansas is probably the most physical team in the country bar none
  12. like I've stated before , it's a few teams that can legitimately beat Bama, and A&M is one of them..
  13. They really do, their team speed is unreal...reminds me a lot of that 2011 Dallas skyline team that lost that heart breaker to SLC
  14. 33-18 final EAGLES Remain perfect on the season (my darkhorse pick for state) longhorns now 2-2
  15. 4th and 6, Desoto defense holds 33-16 EAGLES under 5mins left
  16. 33-18 Avery Davis (ND commit) to Oklahoma commit Rambo 4th qt
  17. It's some good football being played in South Dallas (Desoto,C.Hill, DuncanVille, Lancaster, etc)
  18. 33-10 Desoto all over the Longhorns
  19. Lol just talking from experience
  20. It May not seem like much, buuuuttttt, if you played football on a college/pro level you probably understand why Strong said what he said and with no bias..I totally agree, If you have rules and guidelines you stick to you guns, and don't back down..I think he did get to comfortable and thought the team deserved a break,. Same thing happen to me at NT, Coach Nelson let us do different things from what we usually did , and we ended up losing our only game in Confrence that season to a team we shouldn't have lost to. As a player wen he did that we we got jittery and losey gousey which is what coach Strong also said he experienced.. so yea people make a big joke about it but it makes a big difference...
  21. 247 Crystal Ball Top 5 uncommitted State of Texas players 1. 5* DT (Episcopal) lMarvin Wilson 58% Texas, 20% LSU 2. 5* DB (S.Grand Prarie) Jeffery Okudah 73% Ohio St 4% TX, OU, Stan 3. 5*LB (Kennedale) Baron Browning 47% Texas 16% Bay, Ohio St. 4. 5* OT (Episcopal) Walker Little 65% Texas 21% Stan 11. 4* LB (Plano East) Anthony Hines 53% Oklahoma 32% Texas I originally thought Hines would go to A&M, but experts have him at OU with UT 2nd . UT in good position for 3 of the top 5 uncommitted players in Texas ..
  22. I THInk we will see a lot of the younger players next game, possibly starting..Bedford is starting to feel the heat, so he's throwing all that, No freshman playing time out the window (if he's still in the position) lol
  23. Max Olson– Verified account ‏@max_olson From today's post: the number of times Charlie Strong defenses have allowed 40+ points Florida: 3/92 games Louisville: 1/52 Texas 8/28 We obviously have the right man, in house he just has to decide to take over
