1. Sounds like to me oxen was the ones that not only started the fight but wouldn't leave the field when they were told to both players and parents. And sounds like the officers from bisd hurt matters than they helped and should be fired for the way they acted. If I was the officers from Baytown I would have sprayed the hell out of the players and fans and the bids officer too. What a disgrace, of course the bisd is a joke anyway. Any school district that let's someone rip them off of millions of dollars is a joke.
2.
I would give the guy some credit...he took over a very weak program and has returned them to a team to be reckoned with.
The last three years he has had the talent he didn't turn nothing around we will see how he does next year when he loses all the talent bc should make the playoffs ever year in the district there in
3.
Im not at the game so someone tell me if im wrong. Sounds like bc is running the ball well but stump is trying his best to outsmart himself by throwing too much as usual. Is that the case?
That is exactly what he done terrible coaching job he is 0-3 in the playoffs time to go

5. Ok I know people r going to say I shouldn't bash the coach but he has 2nd and inches why throw you just ran for 10,10 and 9. Plus if you are going to throw throw deep and not a 10 yard out route and dishon has gained yards everytime he ran  the wildcat and menard has a hurt shoulders he isn't going to run much I don't care what anyone says stump is a terrible play caller the defense did just what they had to do all but one play they shut their offense down. With another coach this team would have gone a couple rounds deep. Give coldspring credit their defense was tough and made the plays when they had to
6. Kellys off line dominated a much bigger Dunn def. front haven't seen Kelly play but once this year and that was against bridge city they impressed me then and today also if they had both the backs that are out for the playoffs I could see them going deep in the playoffs but they still look good though. Dallas was one of the most undisciplined teams I have ever seen
7. there defense is good and they are going to need to play the best game of there lifes next week against coldsprings...really a shame they have to meet them right off the back...i would like to see if they could go a couple of rounds deep....this is the best team they have since they went a couple of rounds tarver's last year
8. question to orangefield....why does huckabee use so many running backs....seems like the johnson kid and watkins kid seem to gain positive yardage every time they carry the ball....i would understand 3 or 4 but he just ran a kid on 4th down that hasnt ran the ball all night....just asking bc scores again on a 45 yard run by clark
9. 2nd half started of gets two first dwons then punts  bc moves the ball and scores but it is called back on a holding penalty that has happened about 6 times this year. bc holds way to much that has killed them all year
10. game going as expected except one costly turnover by orangefield. they are moving the ball against bc like i thought they would....bc should have scored another td but as expected stump calls a pass on 3rd and 3 instead of running it two times in a row to get a new set of downs....bc better find a way to stop orangefield and better be more consistant on offense the second half....they dont look good on offense to me....
11.
5a  PAM 4a  Nederland 3a  Bridge City 2a  East Chambers 1a  High Island
why would you put bc coach as coach of the year....and i am from bridge city....they havent even clinched a playoff spot and they were loaded this year....if orangefield beats them which is a great possibility then huckaby would get my vote hands down he would finish what 7-3 and make the playoffs with in my opinion a much weaker team than last year....
12. it wasnt pretty but it was a win.....if the defense plays like they did tonight against orangefield they will have trouble winning..gave up way to many yards....if i figure right if orangefield beats bridge city by 8 or more they will get the third spot if they beat them by 6 or less bridge city will get the third spot, a orangefield win by 7 they will be tied for the third place spot and not sure how they decide who advances
13. bridge city played a good game but if they make the playoffs they will be one and done because they will face coldsprings in the first round...they still have to win there last two games should beat hampshire but they struggled with orangefield the last two years losing last year and should have lost two years ago...only thing i questioned about tonights game is why kick off to the same guy that just returned a punt against you.....anybody have the stats from the game
14. Bc defense won this game offense is going to have to improve a lot if they are going to win district and go anywhere in the playoffs defense is staying on field way to much. Bridge City's offense has struggled against all the teams they have played with good defenses vidor, Kelly and now silsbee been watching bc football since the early 70's IMO this is one of the best defenses they have had since the 2001 and the 2002 teams if silsbee's offense would have played better the game would have been one-sided don't think silsbee used spears near enough quote author=ST413 link=topic=89791.msg1083576#msg1083576 date=1318652644] Congratulations BC on the big win.  The Tigers have to quit making the big mistakes on offense.  Both BC and OF last week played great games,  but both weeks the Tigers have moved the ball well and not been able to score.  Too many penalties deep in the opponents territory and some bad passes as well.  We have got to establish the running game and utilize it.  The Tigers defense is staying on the field entirely too long.  To start the second half BC had a good time eating drive.  What do we do when we get the ball...three straight incomplete passes giving BC the ball right back.  Our defense looked exhausted in the second half.  At least a couple of those int's were the result of penalties pushing us back into long yardage situations.  Forcing the QB's to feel like they needed to make long throws.  I have been a little disappointed in our big oline as well. BC was doing a good job covering our receivers but we weren't giving the QB's much time to throw the ball either.  They spent too much time on the run.  Most of those int's were long floating passes.  We looked ok when we threw the shorter quick passes.  We need to get these kinks out.  Another great job by the Tiger D,  now lets get this offense going,  lots of weapons just need to stop misfiring.
near enough
15. Bc played a good game if they played like they did on both sides of the ball the rest of the year they will be fine. The only concern I see is there kick off game if they give teams like wos and silsbee the field position they gave kirbyville all night they will be in trouble
16. Bridge City's defense played very good. There offense was average at best. Give credit to Kelly's defense other than a few plays they kept Bridge City's running game pretty much in check all night. They gave up a few big pass plays but overall they played very tough on defense. Both offenses need work. Bridge City will struggle against the teams they will have to beat to make the playoffs if there offense does not improve a lot. I know the coach is in love with the spread but I would put dishon at QB and menard and clark in the backfield, with the size of their O line menard will not be able to throw from the pocket, they will have to roll him out most every pass play and its my opinion only but I feel menard has trouble throwing on the run.
17. Yeah dont be to quick to judge, I know this man personally and he is a good coach, but better yet is a good christian man with high values that will treat not only the football players but also all athletes with respcet they deserve. He will also demand respect from them. He will also care about all the girls programs as well and will visit the feeder schools like they have not been in the past. He want make empty promises and he will not be a puppet on a string to anyone, I can guarantee you that. He may be friends with alot of people but I can a sure you he is no member to any clique. And he will tell you how he feels no matter who you are in a heartbeat. Give him a chance.
18. WHEN IS THE LAST TIME BRIDGE CITY HAS HAD A .500 RECORD THIS LATE IN THE SEASON.  BILLY!!!!!BILLY!!!!!BILLY!!!!!BILLY!!!!
19.
Out coached rojos congrats to him
THERE IS TROUBLE IN CARDINAL LAND. WHEN IS THE LAST TIME BRIDGE CITY LOST TWO DISTRICT GAMES IN A ROW. TIME TO BRING BACK BILLY!!!!BILLY!!!!!BILLY!!!!!BILLY!!!!!
20.
Bridge City is getting absolutely hammered by the blue! Just terrible!! The guy behind the plate is squeezing both sides, Scoggins and Zoch have no idea where the zone is at!
so if the umpire is squeezing both pitchers how is it bridge city is the only one getting hammered...oh and i am from bridge city
I agree, I like that award.
Say it bleed. Don't let me down lol
I do like the way they honored Reggie. My lips are sealed on the picks. Very deserving young men. Can't wait till next year maybe they will bump the number up to 22 in each all district teams. ;D ;D
maybe next year they will just save time and name anyone that started for their team on offense or defense will be all-district...so watered down just crazy doesnt make sense
22. Coldspring turns two B.C. turnovers into 14 points. Bridge City has to settle for two field goals inside red zone. Can Bridge City"s defense hold up the second half and can their offensive continue to move the ball.
