No we do not have to be BC, although i think we will. Our remaining schedule is BC and OF. OF friday and BC Tuesday. If we win Friday we clinch that second spot. Not gonna happen BC goes undefeated HJ takes second and Slsbee will take third because they will beat Jasper Friday....... Leaving the Defending State Champs at home........ Well at least we are defending something, maybe someone else in our district will win state and they will be the defending champion. But until that time they are just trying to get to the state playoffs. It feels pretty good to be defending the title. ;D Great job HJ, it was your night,sorry to get off the subject. wannabees just bring out the worst in me

I know that back in the day, I for one would have been scared to death to be defiant to my coach. What he said went and there was no discussion about it. Now you have kids quiting teams because a coach told them to cut their hair, or some coach hurt their feelings. Heck I remember when coach R.E. Davis then the head coach for Jasper would tell us when we were to go to bed. Then funny thing about it, I can bet the team abided by that curfew.

Don't have to worry to much about not getting reports on Jasper, with all of us Jasper fans I am sure we will keep everybody updated as possible. it's going to be an interesting year for Jasper to say the least. ;D

Just keep letting them put us were we don't belong. If you remember they did it all last year also. Its so much fun to prove them wrong ;D

I think its hard to look at these two teams and see what they have compared to the other districts. But IMO I think once again our district has the cream of the crop teams in it. I think once again as last year you have the one and two ranked 3a teams in the state sitting right here in the SETX sports area. The team that makes it past the Regional game again IMO will plow thru the state playoffs just as Jasper did last year. I would love to see Jasper do this again, but I would be just as proud if BC did it this year.
