joharr..the only way the UIL could make things better would be for teams to have to travel 200 or 300 miles for a district game....there just ain't that many DII teams in this area....

with High Island probably dropping to 6-man, Evadale, Sabine Pass, and Burkeville are the only DII teams in the area.....I'm betting that Tenaha and Lovelady end up over this way in the new district....that being said, congratulations to the kids and coaches at Sabine Pass and Burkeville and best of luck in the playoffs....
