Not much talk on here about an undefeated team in our area that is in the semi finals. We all on SETXsports thought they would make some noise  this year. They have beat some very good teams to get where they're at and I want to give the recognition I think they deserve.

i think we need to stop handling other countries business and handle our own, we're not world police. 

Its getting clearer and clearer that this admin. and the entire democratic party is in the corner of the islamist terrorist. I certainly hope folks will start to recognize this. Wish we could here from some of the Yobama lovers on this subject I would love to hear their rationale on the fact that our Pres. cant even say the word much less stand up to them!

As radical as it sounds, despite the looks people give me when I say it, I honestly believe it would be our best course of action.  Would probably hurt me personally, but still what we should do.  And the window of opportunity is closing fast.  

Looking at the FBI UCR statistics from 2010, CA has a higher homicide rate from "firearms" (and total murders) than the very gun friendly TX. 
I am trying to figure out how the CA strict guns laws have made them safer. 

It must have been a group of good muslims helping out a friend. 
As for the bomb not detonating, they should have enlisted the help of the innocent clockmaker. Probably would have worked then.

Here is another issue about being politically correct.  I heard one newscast telling about a neighbor who, for several nights, had seen a lot of people going in and out of the garage of the assailants and lots of packages being delivered over a few days.   The people who were going in and out of the garage appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent.  She considered reporting these activities to the authorities but then decided against it as she didn't want to be criticized for profiling or being racist.  Sorry libs, but we have gone too far.

Breaking news:   Japanese attack Pearl Harbor.  About 3000 killed and all of our Battleships sunk or damage. President Obama blames workplace violence and demands stricter gun laws.

I think Grapeland stays up with the northern 2A DII schools (Teneha, Mount Enterprise etc.). Iola makes more sense to me in this district and then Grapeland take Timpson's spot in the other one. (Timpson turned in 158 and will be the smallest school in 2A DI). Either way, Iola or Grapeland are long drives for Sabine Pass. Iola is 198 miles and Grapeland 179. HD to Iola is 121 and HD to Grapeland is 132. Then again if Maud stays in the northern district, it'd be a 164 miles from Grapeland. I guess any way you go there will be 2 or 3 schools that will be 2.5-3 hour drives for district games.

Racism is so rampant that it is now having to be staged. How pathetic.

I just saw that. What a load of crap. Head coach did a great job for the team, town, and community. Not his fault that talent is scarce. Sometimes a man shouldn't be judged by wins and losses but by character and heart.  I just do not get these small towns. I'm sure the coach won't have a hard time finding a job. 

This stuff trying to change mascots, in fear of offending someone, is a bunch of BS. Next they gonna try and change animal mascots because it might be cruelty to animals. Seriously...

I think that until word on either a resignation or re-assignment is made official, it is bit inappropriate to weigh in on rumored suitors for a job that is currently occupied.
