LU will sweep SHSU as well as most slc teams. Currently no slc team can beat LU, Although SFA is getting back on track and will be capable of beating LU come conference time.

That win will stop Texas Tech from ever coming here again. Hopefully we can beat them in Lubbock next year.

LU should focus on getting struggling players back on track. Ashton, Anthony, Shane, and steady improving Custer should play extra time over next 2 games. LU needs to get more depth....

We played at SFA last year. Why can't they come here. LU 14-2 in slc... SFA 11-5...

Remind me when Texas and LSU last came to Montagne... And to get a Big 12, SEC or whatever school -- you are going to have to do a 2 for 1 deal. That's how SHSU, Lamar, NWST, Centenary and company all got deals with Texas Tech. Sometimes, it helps when "one gets away" as there are coaches who want to play games in the hometown of members of their team. That has opened up some windows for teams that may not get a visit from XXX school. SHSU's best OOC home match-ups in terms of name schools in the last five years have been Fresno State, Southern Miss and Texas Tech. You guys have had, what? Wyoming, BYU and Texas Tech? We're both doing fairly decent compared to the rest of the group. Memphis, Mississippi, Hawaii, Witchita st, Air Force..

Oh please... do they know we almost beat them on the their home court last year, and we got knocked out in the first round of the SLC tournament.. maybe Tech's not the good team. At this point of the season, Tech isn't a very good team representing their conference. If Lamar would have lost, you would say its proof Lamar can't hang with the big boys.

I never said a win should automatically put you ahead. But 50 spots ahead of a team that beats you is crazy.

I expected that from you. The pattern is clear. Lamar win, the other team sucks. Lamar loses, Lamar sucks. YA KNOW oprah does the samething with men cheating and women cheating. Is that where you get that from?

Lamar advantages.... 1. Quickness...Lamar should keep fresh bodies in and never let up on defense...make them work for everythng. 2. Thats why I predict LU will win the conference or at least have a good shot at winning it. The SLC is a weak conference compared to other lowly conferences. Too bad UT won't give LU the time of day to play them. UL, UK, and Memphis gave LU the time and day...

It's not just that 1 play, when ever Central made a big play it was called back. And no calls against Friendswood the second half.

If Lamar can avoid an Indiana st type game, the slc is all Lamar's. My slc ranking of top 3 teams currently is 1. Lamar 2. UTSA 3. SHSU This rankings includes east teams. The east just sucks big time....

The media needs to hype this game up. They need to say its a must see event with local celebrities and everything...wink wink..
