I've seen both teams...PN-G looks like the better team but there's two wildcards at play...one is it's mid county madness anything can happen... two is a weather it's forecast to rain all day Friday we'll see if that plays any role in the outcome...either way it's always a fun and exciting game and may the best team win

Sulphur Springs is winning because of their defense just like the 2009 PN-G team. Biggest test though is next week vs. Anna who's 8-0 on the year

Landon was a pretty good player for us so I'd walk that back a few steps

But since you brought it up...offense is a complete disaster, part of that problem is the lack of good receivers but there's a work around to that, I personally wish the offense we're running now is scrapped in favor of a running attack similar to what we had in the late 90s the talent and personnel is there to run it IMO

Point is defense is starting to look better...Can you muster one positive thing about the Nederland Bulldogs?

And yet with all that poor secondary coverage and poor tackling only gave up one TD on defense to the #2 team in the state in 5A Division 2
