Loudmouth

Why has this turned into a discussion of the past basketball coach?  Thought this was about the football position.

Crocker, Abshire & Gerlufsen were good coaches.  They did a great job with the jv, along with their position coaching on the varsity.  Really were able to get the kids to respond to them.

Walker did not go to the playoffs until his second year @ HF.  I do not see how that was still part of the Tarver tenure. ???

Are they looking at anyone from outside the district?

I saw where someone mentioned environment and mentality.  The mentality at HF has changed in all sports besides baseball.  The last time HF was actually competitive in Bball was when Coach Dale, G & Lindstrom were there.  They had gone through a drought of not winning any district games before Coach Dale took over.  The kids have been affected in all sports mentally.  The way the athletic department is run is harming all of their sports.  They have good coaches there, but the leadership in the department is hurting the school.

I can see Livingston going undefeated at home if the rest of the chapter calls that way for their home games.  The rest of the district will have a great time up there.
