Who cares, it is a team sport. Use them all so they will all have fresh legs. With each of them having different styles it will also be harder on the defense. Another scenario is to play a couple of them at a time. It would be hard to defend with more weapons on the field.

If Lumberton fans predict a victory Friday for the Raiders why is that non sense? The way I look at it is they should go into the game with a positive attitude. Another thing most of you do not realize is although they had a weak schedule they still managed to blow them all out and had pulled their starters after halftime. All I am saying is this is not the same Lumberton team from the past, do not under estimate them.

So after this game if the Raiders can fix their mistakes they have been making will it still be a fluke when they Win! I am going with the Raiders 21-10.

Well the main reason for this message is because of the post of a few on another post (just rubbed me the wrong way). I am tired of hearing it year in and year out for the past 25+ years. Well his parents told him No desert after dinner and has to be in bed by 9:00pm, and the coaches restricted him to water and no Gatorade like the rest of the team. HAHAHA Just kidding. Don't worry about it. What about the other kid from BC? This was not just the Lumberton RB's fault he just got caught.

Surprise: The amount of points the Lumberton Raiders have been putting up, and that is with putting in some replacements in the 3rd quarter!!!

When you have a reputation like Lumberton has,(never making it to the playoffs, and usually not being competetive) you have to play teams that may not be powerhouses. Those other teams also want a challenge for preseason. Lumberton will open some eyes when they play Dayton, but until then lets just focus on the upcoming challenge, Cleveland. Then we can take care of Dayton.

I have watched Lumberton for many years, and I have seen them play this year. They are a much improved team! I do not remember a time when I seen the defense make so many stops for zero or negative yards. The defense has definitely improved ALOT. The Raiders also have some speed. The draw backs that I see is the Raiders look small on both sides of the ball. But they are also a very scrappy bunch, they WILL put a hat on you. The other thing I did not like too much was the amount of penaltys the Raiders had last night. Entirely too many!! Sometimes I thought the referees may be trying to help out BC a bit (this was just my opinion). I do not think they are ready for a district Championship yet but they will definitely not be a push over as in years past. On another note concerning the Lumberton-BC game last night the second and third teams were on the field for much of the second half and the coaches were not trying to run the score up. It could have been ALOT worse.

No, the Raiders collapse last year was due to a small young team. Hopefully the Raiders will improve on last years play. Maybe one of these days Lumberton will finally catch up with some of the fans mouths (or should I say keyboard strokes)!! I say Lumberton will win over BC this Friday night. Lets just home each teams players go home healthy following the game.

Poor lil Buna was WAY out of their league. Newton was just toying with them. Those Eagles look very strong on both sides of the ball hopefully they can get past Marlin next week.

It sounds good that alot of people from the area are picking Lumberton to win this gane, but unfortunately L-Towns Defense, is terrible. If Mosely is as good as they say he is the Raiders do not have a chance (unless they have miracuously ) learned how to tackle. Nederland wins BIG!!

WANTED Defense that knows how to tackle. No arm tacklers will be tolerated. All we want for Christmas is a DEFENSE!!! :roll:
