You also cannot block below the waist back towards you own goal line or if a defensive player is engaged with another player you cannot block them below the waist. Also, on a change of possession (int, fumble, or kicks) blocks below the waist are not legal.

In the controlled part of the scrimmage Vidor scored 2 times and GP scored 1 time. In the live quarter of play Vidor scored 1 time and GP didn't score.

Last year I was lucky enough to be an assistant coach to a special group of young men that had an amazing season that cumulated in winning the super bowl. The president of our league presented the trophy to the team. To us that was perfect, he had been there with us and supported us all the way. Could the president of the STJFL been there,possibly but at that point, who looks for who isn't there. All that matters is who is there the team, coaches and the families that have put in the time to get to that point.

The way I see it pngw and lumb b will have first round byes. Vidor and PNG P are locked in the 5th and 6th seeds. If png w beats lumb w and scores more than 17,then bmt would be the 3rd and lumb w would be 4th. First round would be vidor vs lumberton W and Bmt vs PNG p. PNG W would get the winner between vidor and lumberton w, lumberton b would play the winner between bmt and png p. The tie breaker for multiple teams with same record is points allowed.

In the past, I'm not coaching this year, I know the coaches meeting,that all the coaches are supposed to attend at the beginning of the year, these rules are gone over in detail. It's hard to believe that the coaches were left to interpret the rules themselves. Just because they attention in black and white on the website doesn't mean they aren't there. There are minutes. Also there are was to call plaids in a game so that the score doesn't get out of hand,whether it's taking longer to calling a play, running all inside plays, etc..

Yeah, I understand the "B"teams that are playing Vidor and LC for each week should play one another. It shouldn't matter if you play each other twice, it's all about getting reps in jr high.

The other teams wanted another game and they couldn't find anyone to add to all the schedules. So it was decided that vidor would have 2 different teams play the "A" teams. Without that there would only be 6 games.
