Yeah the key to this game was that Ned never stopped fighting and got some huge plays when needed. BH just couldn’t make the stops to seal the game. The Eagle defense played well, but they broke to many times. The killer was being up by 8 with minutes left and Ned converting a 4th and forever for a 70 yard TD! With that stop game over , but we gave the QB time for a long crossing route to develop and Bam OT. Anyway it was a great game to watch especially if your a bulldog fan! Good luck to the bulldogs this set up a finally at Crosby in 2 weeks.

Anything can happen, but I’m not expecting a close game. BH won last year in Nederland 40-14 and I’m not seeing a huge drop from last years team , nor a huge increase from Ned. I expect the result to be similar, but turnovers can change anything. I think for this to be tight Ned has to play perfect and BH would have to turn it over and have a bad night. BH knows the importance of this win tonight, so I expect them to come out on fire.

Yes they are both on the defensive line. 23 Hamby is also a good one , did play DB , but they looked to have moved him to LB. Gigout LB is another one on defense that improves weekly.

I don’t think we move up next realignment, but the one after will be close. Crosby is the largest enrollment at this point, so they may go next. Anywho this will be a good game to see ,but I see Ned falling behind early and BH playing sound football to take the win. The reason I think this is that Ned has been feeding on the bottom dwellers for three weeks and will have to adjust quickly to the higher level of competition.
