If I recall Paetow was plagued with injuries last year, but came together towards the end of district to make the playoffs. I do think they get that 4 spot in district, but time will tell. Vype has BH and Paetow as their #4 & #5 teams respectfully. Should be a good one.

Honestly at this point they can charge what they want. I’ m ready to disconnect from the news and politics to just go enjoy a sport event 😃

For any BH folks that want to attend the game they go on sale Wednesday morning on line. Ticket Information Wednesday – Tickets will be available for purchase to the general public on-line Wednesday at 9:00 am. [Hidden Content] Ticket prices will be $4 (students) and $6 (adults) plus a 10% online convenience fee, not to exceed $6. Thursday - Saturday – Tickets will remain on sale until the game is either sold out or has concluded. Ticket prices will be $5 (students) and $10 (adults) plus a 10% online convenience fee, not to exceed $6. If a game sells out, we will be able to communicate the information to the public. Communication will be sent to campuses and posted on the Katy ISD and eTix websites.

BH begins the year with a formidable opponent e Katy Paetow panthers at Katy this Saturday. Katy moves up this year to 5a Div1 after competing in 5a div2 last year where they went 8-3 making the playoffs. The Panthers return 8 on O and 6 on D from last year returning there QB and RB. Dave Campbell has them placing 5 th in there new district, but I think they will return to the playoffs. BH on the other hand will be returning 7 on O and 6 on D from there Regional Semi run last year. BH is being ranked in the top 10 in most polls as well as the favorite for the DC again this year, but all of that is for not if the Eagles don’t bring it to the field. The Eagles will have a new QB this year and missing a beast on the O-line ,but the rest is in place. The BH QB this year shouldn’t miss a beat with what is surrounding him. The kid is good and should lead these Eagles perfectly! Katy this week and PAM next week should tune these Eagles up before district as both teams are full of speed. No prediction on this game though as I can see either team winning there 1st game of the year. Both team should benefit greatly from this game. 5A football is here can’t wait!

Reading that Dayton has been 1-19 is still crazy to think about. Maybe they get back on track this year. District is going to be tough far all this year

I didn’t say all underclass QB’s just this one and 9 years ago don’t matter, but I guess you could argue 2 years are relevant and BH is 2-0 glad the smack is back:)

Lol you should work for CNN. The QB this year is a BH kid that has been beating Crosby like a drum his entire career at BH and he can keep his hair cut. Last years QB was also a BH kid most of his life that moved away then moved back. Also I still haven’t heard much details on the scrimmage except that we did ok and won 10-7 in the 2 quarter timed portion of the scrimmage. We have a hard time with Magnolia over the last two years dropping both contest against them.

1st scrimmage this week against Magnolia tomorrow and looking forward to it. BH should field a good team this year with plenty of talent returning and a group that has been great in football since TIFI! This years Senior and Junior class have always meshed well together over the years in all sports. It’s a shame that this season will be hampered some with COVID, but hope all stay healthy and play to their potential. Let’s get this show going!

9/17 BH vs. Magnolia @ BH 7:00 PM

I dont know what PNG has coming back to support thier QB, but he played very well against BH last year. If it wasn't for a late 4th quarter pick PNG would still be undefeated against the Eagles. All three (BH, Crosby & PNG) will be tough outs this year.

I haven't been keeping up , is PAM not playing football? or are you guys just not playing as long as you are doing distant learning? I can't keep up with what school is doing what BH is offering in person or distant learning, but 82% of the parents chose in person. We also have Houston Heights on the schedule and i dont think HISD is going to be playing any sports.

looks like a pretty good pre-season. 6A Houston Heights picked #2 in thier district if we get to play will be tough as will 5A Div I PAM picked 4th in thier district. Katy is no slouch moving up to 5A Div1 this year and still look to make the playoffs.. should have the Eagles ready for District.

If Covid dont screw up the season this could be one of BH's best teams. The Senior and Junior class has some very talented young men that i have been lucky enough to watch/coach through thier carears. These two classes just know how to win and i cant wait to see what they do this year. Some may think we are down a QB, but they have a couple of good ones to choose from. Pair that with 2 game changing recievers and a Junior RB that can flat run over or around you and a stout O-line . Defense is going to be a beast lead by a King (Bradley) with most of the line back and solid corners in the secondary while welcoming a new hard hitting LB in Gigout and the D will complement the offense. The BH/Crosby and BH/PNG games are going to be awesome!

We are currently looking for 4.4 athletes to move to BH for academic reasons. Please keep a look out for these fast uh smart kids. PS athl um student must abide by hair policy.

Debating with 14.2 about Crosby is like debating with Bernie Sanders on how everyone is going to get free everything. #crazycougar
