Just for accuracy it was 40-0 BH 1st teamers then Ned whopped our second teamers 14-0

Ditto, Vidor has beaten Crosby at their house( who’s house! Coogs house!) and took PNG to the brink and very well could have walked out of that game with a W! This game may be no different.The Eagles have to come in focused and play mistake free or they could wind up with thier 1 st loss in district.

They are both purple :). Unfortunately this will be another loss by the Broncos, but if I understood correctly they have moved back to the spread!

This will be a good game. If Ned can contain the athletic skill guys then they will win, but if you let them lose and this becomes a track meet then Lee has the upper hand.

CC you ain’t wrong. BH hasn’t played anyone, but those we have played we controlled very well. Magnolia was the 1st game of the year with a new QB that hasn’t played at BH since his freshman year. We will find out some more this week playing Vidor at their house. Vidor already has a win over Crosby and should have had one over PNG. IMO this is the most balanced team that BH has fielded in quite some time, so they will be a tough out for anyone in district.

We game if the week folks! Gotta keep this on page 1. I gotta tell ya it’s weird being the team with a target on it. Still have a lot of football to go, hope none of the talk about being a potential DC gets us unfocused. On game at a time Eagles you got to earn it!

His sister is Charlie and she is 6’ 4”. Playing for UT now. Seeing kids that big always blows my mind. Behind all of that size they are just still 17 a kid!

You folks stating that this years QB is the same as boy wonder need to lay off the juice. No way this kid is even in the same league Roschon. Be honest Indians if Roschon would have been on that field last night he would have put this team on his back and dragged y’all to a win. I know you are supporting your QB this year, but it seems disrespectful to the young man in Austin that made you guys the last 4 years to act like he was replaced by the next in line.

One thing I know is no team in unbeatable. I think BH should be the favorite as well , but a stumble here and there for the Eagles combined with Vidors clock control can turn the tables quickly.

Looking at some of our original thoughts of district some are close while others not so much

Yeah no idea how Vidor got beat by Montgomery then the very next week BH blows them out. BH had some big mismatch’s in the Montgomery game and dropped 600 yards of offense on them. That was then though and both teams have evolved since then. BH has focused more on the run since that game incorporating more QB designed runs as well. With this they manage the clock a little better. The Defense has also become more aggressive instead of applying the bend but don’t break type of D, they get after you more keeping your QB moving. Last but not least whoever is playing on the D line across from BH’s 6’ 8” 330 lbs Collier better eat their Wheaties Friday morning! That man child is wearing kids out!

Looking forward to seeing the new digs at vidor I know you guys must be happy with the new field. BH knows Vidor will come to play and not to be overlooked! Should be a physical low scoring game, both teams have to play mistake free with no turnovers.

Ok starting this early, me likey . BH starts a three game series now and is where the district title will go through. Vidor, Crosby then PNG! First is Vidor at home. BH this year is a well balanced team and the best that has taken the field in quite some time. The Line play has been outstanding this year and is what will keep BH on the field with most teams. BH D is next in line for what has made them successful they are relentless and don’t tire nor quit till the whistle. Special teams have also been great with several blocked punts this year and low return yards from the opposing team. BH offense is getting harder to defend, they rotate 4 backs and all are physical runners. BH receiving core is getting better as well with 3 solid receivers and a TE that can get that YAC! BH QB is big, strong, agile and can throw. DC for other teams are going to have fun with The Hill this year. Keys against Vidor is to not pull a Crosby and play solid Defense meaning do more than stack the box! Offense stay dynamic and keep Vidor guessing. BH by 14 IMO, but this game should give BH a better understanding af where they sit in district!

That wind was brutal tonight, but some how we had 2 bombs for completions into that wind! BH without their # 1 receiver tonight saw him on the sideline not dressed out hope he is ok? BH D is relentless! Stopped Lee twice within the 5 yard line! BH O moved the ball in the 2 bd half but could not punch it in. New faces in the backfield tonight moving the ball Andy looked pretty good. Great game Eagles on not so great of a night!
