I think this will not be much of a game. Crosby will be too big, too fast and too deep for Jasper to contain. Coogs by 3 TD's if they want to be nice.

To be honest I have nothing to base how BH may or may not do in this game. BH has had one scrimmage against The Woodlands which I understand was more like a practice than a scrimmage. I had one report from the scrimmage which was not detailed which basically was our defense looked very good against the defending 6A DIV I state finalist , but our Offense needed some work. Friendswood should be a big test for BH which is being picked to place 4th in their 6A district. I'm pumped we traded up from a Santa Fe team which would not have been very useful when trying to prepare for Crosby. At least now we should not be shocked by Crosby's speed after playing two quality opponents. Hoping to see a good competitive game Friday! What do yall think?

Yes BH is up by 50 on The Woodlands!!!!! Just playing I wasn't able to go. Hope they get some good work today and NO Injuries.. If I hear anything I'll post.

Well Harvey looks to have upgraded our schedule this week instead of Vidor then Sante Fe we have traded up :).. BH will scrimmage the Woodlands Monday 9/4 @ 9:30 AM at Woodforest stadium, Then the Eagles will take on Friendswood this Friday 9/8 @ BH 7:00 PM.

BH will not have had a scrimmage prior to this game, so I'm expecting a rusty BH team. However with BH returning a ton from last years team I think they can knock the rust off by the 2nd quarter and take it to the Pirates, but I expect the game to be closer this time. BH has already canceled classes for Monday and Tuesday with more days coming if flooding continues in the area. Speaking of BH's indoor practice facility I heard they have loaned it to Lamar University this week so that they can practice.

The only disappointment you will see on the Eagles faces is when we have to find a parking spot at Dayton's stadium Eagles will roll Dayton again this year.

Keep an eye on Spencer Long for BH. He did pretty good as a Sophomore last year on Varsity last year, but I look for him to break out this year. The kid is strong and will be running over some DB's this year.

Obviously the THSCA was not a witness to Dayton's JV & 7 on 7 success! 94 please straighten these people out

Its cute how you changed our name to Barbies..... I cant wait for that date either. I'm assuming you will be guy in cardiac arrest while the HILL is beating the ponies like a drum on their home field . Mark my word Dayton will be sitting home this season during the playoffs. Oh and since you like 7 on 7 BH competed in a national 7 on 7 tournament up in Dallas this summer and beat the defending Kansas state champ and took Louisiana #1 seed to a final play during that tournament. You guys focus on getting past Splendora then you can come sit at the table with the Varsity

I think 3 is pretty accurate. Having both Crosby and New Caney at home this year could move us up a spot, but both of these teams will be tough to beat when they are having a good night.

If this was a 7 on 7 or a JV poll I would put Dayton on top, but since this is varsity 11 man contact football I think Porter takes the 4 spot

We got a text from BH that there has been an update to the schedule. Sunday 1/15 - Rayburn Saturday 2/25 Livingston Sabine is on 4/8 the rest of the date remain the same.
