First this Ozen team is not the same team that BH played last year and we scored 37 on them in regulation not 15. Ozen had Green last year along with #1 RB. I'm just saying if you guys are excited about Ozen taking you into OT then thats your call. Livingston beat Ozen and we shut Livingston COMPLETLY out. The Coogs should have dominated this game from beggining to end ,but keept Ozen in the game with poor play calling and execution. Manor will be a lot better than Ozen, stumble against them and your done.
You scored 14 more and gave up 25 more, which one is better? I'll take the 22 and giving up 15 instead of 40 at home. Playcalling wasn't poor, it's just harder to throw passes on Ozen than BH because they actually have dbs that can stay with our receivers. We ran similar plays on BH but the receivers just smoked your dbs and dropped the ball. Yeah, Livingston beat Ozen and we should have on paper at least dominated them, but that's like me saying BH couldn't move the ball on a weak Dayton defense or Summer Creek. We'll see how BH does against Elgin, spread offense with speed on the edges and a running game. Last two games BH played against a Crosby team like that they gave up 900+ yards and 70 points, good luck though. We both win two more we get to meet in Stallworth and watch Crosby cropdust BH again.
I love how you talk about Dayton and SC vs. BH ... LOL both of those teams dominated your kitty kats while BH played them close without thier starting QB. IF BH and Crosby meet again BH would mop the stadium with that crap yall threw at Ozen ;D ;D ;D Here's to Manor Shutting up Cougar14 (if that is even possible) ;)
The boys are working hard this week and should be ready. They have a week to study us and vise versa. We are really looking good right now and I think our QB got that small amount of rust off. Running game is really looking good. Our D is shutting people down. Gotta take BH and I think D comes strong again. BH 28 Elgin 14
What ever your boy ate before the Livingston game feed it to him again Saturday monring for Breakfast! I heard O'pry all night hope to hear it about 20 more times Saturday ;D

GT must be happy to drop down to 4A ,I just read that they haven't won a playoff game since 1999!! Both of these teams are going into un seen teritory, but I still can't see SC losing this game. Hope 19-4A can sweep this district with the help of Nederland taking the other one out ;D
[Hidden Content] Elgin lost to Vista ridge during this game
Thanks for the clips at least now we know what we are looking at. I didn't watch the whole thing, but they love the draw play and don't throw as much as i thought. Although this was early in the season ,so I'm sure they have balanced that attack out.

Dayton's D will shut down the run today. Goodluck Bronco's COMPLETE THE SWEEP!!!!!!!! Elgin – 93 completions on 195 attempts for a 47% completion rate at 1,472 yards. Rushing BH – 440 carries for 3, 293 yards at 7.48 YPC. Elgin – 421 carries for 2,594 yards at 6.16 YPC. Total Yards BH – 4019 Elgin – 4066 It’s hard to tell just how good the wildcats are. The bottom of their district is even worse than ours, so there are many blow outs of teams scoring 70+ on the weaker teams in district. When the cats did play a better team in district they didn’t put up many points even getting blow out by the top two in district. The BH D will keep the Cats in check, but the offense will have to get the passing game working early to keep the Cats honest. Against Livingston you could tell that Denny was off and wasn’t much of a factor in the game. He will have to come out firing on all cylinders to win this game because I don’t think Elgin will be turning the ball over as much as Livingston did. With all that said I think the Eagles win this one. BH 27 Elgin 13
Where is this game being played , I might go and check it out since my team is home! ;D ;D
Woodforest stadium (The Woodlands) 1:30 Saturday.

I'm rooting for the Cougars, but they are very lucky to be in round 2 after what I watched on Saturday. Manor may be too much unless the Coogs figure something out between now and then.
Georgetown in a blowout. Sc won't be able to rely on there speed this week and Georgetown won't make mistakes like Vidor did. Georgetown by 21+
Bitter ::)

Yall, just stop making fun of Dayton!!! I can't stand it anymore....... ;D ;D Hey Dayton fans at the end of the Day i wanted you guys to complete the sweep. Yeah I'm here to throw a little mud in your eye every now and then just to keep you honest, but being we went down this same road of 9-0 then 9-2 it sucks!!!!!! Best thing to happen to BH this year was the beat down by Crosby early instead of learning your not superman one game before the playoffs.

One great team is going to be sitting home after round 2! either of these teams has a legit shot at going to State.
The SC Georgetown game will be on Saturday, 2:pm, in College Station.
Crap!!!!! I really wanted to see this one!!!

Man I hope this game is late Saturday or on Friday! This is going to be the game to go see in 4A this week! Two power house teams going at it. Who you got? Go Summer Creek!!!

Manor barely beat Elgin 17-14 during district ,so I think BH and Crosby have thier hands full the next week. I 'm glad thier is a next week though ;D

What a great game to go see ;D Crosby pulls out the win, but Ozen just is impressive when it comes to playoff time. If they could figure out that early in the season they would give 20-4A fits. Great job by Ozen coming from behind and taking the game into OT! I hated to see you guys fumble in OT because i just wanted to see more of this game. Crosby gonna have to come up with some better playcalling as they get deeper in the playoffs, because the twins will not carry this team too many more rounds IMO. Good luck to Crosby next week against Manor
We just need to execute a little cleaner. We should have had at least 28, had a pick and a fumble in the redzone. Those are the same plays we put it on BH with, the only difference is Ozen had the speed to contain the edges and keep Aston from killing them when the play breaks down. BH can't keep us off the edges and their linemen don't run well enough to contain or qb, Ozen had that which is why they put 40 on y'all last year when they were 4-6 like they were today. How many times did we get to the edge but had no room to turn it up? When we play BH we get there and the guys can't catch us so you get things like 600+ yards rushing the last two meetings. Manor is a similar to Ozen though so I expect more of the same next week, just have to play a little smarter and cleaner. I'll take our D into any DII matchup right now though.
Dude, I Don't know when you are going to realize that the BH D that you played died in Crosby that night! We held Dayton to 13 and SC to thier lowest score of the season not to count shuting out the team last night that beat Ozen and completly dominating a UT pledge. Ozen had a weapon last year that you did not play and that was Green which is the main reason they hung 40 on us which we hung 37 on them. Goodluck to you against Manor ;D -

Elgin has three loses. Lost to Vista Ridge 41-40 Lost to Georgetown 31-8 Lost to Manor 17-13 Lost to Connally 46-6 They are averaging 36.5 points a game and giving up 18.8 point a game BH is averaging 35.3 point a game and fiving up 10 points a game
None of that matters much now, it's all about matchups. You never know if a team had a play maker out (injury/grades) during those loses (and all those loses were against stout teams). That being said the Hill made a strong showing last night and it should be a good game.
You are correct, just digging up some information on them. BH's starting QB was out for 3 games this year and 2 of them being very important. Also just like Elgin I'm sure at least 6 games this year BH's 2nd team was playing in the 3rd quarter just like against Livingston.
