If we are talking about now then I would throw Kaleb Denny BH's QB. This kid has been leading BH's running attack since he was a Freshman and is only a Junior this year. He rushed for 145 yards his last game and for his carear he has passed 1,391 yard with 17 TD's and rushed for 1,015 yards with 13 TD's. I know you thinking well those number are not very gaudy ;) but with this offense he is sharing the running duties with at least 4 other backs. The way Kaleb runs this offense just looks so effortless and when someone comes in to replace him it is like night an day. Kaleb has 2 more years to add to these totals which will be tripled in my opinion.

Barbers Hill I didn't want to pick BH this early, but there are some good matchups this week.

BH rushed for over 400 yards last game. If you can stop the run then the ball will start getting thrown around to make you honest. You have to have a great D line and a set of LB's that will knock your head off to divert the BH attach. Lubeton has had our number during some of the later Price years and has always played us good, so I'm hoping for a good game. 2112 - ????? 2011 - BH wins 24-6 (Coach Gage) 2010- Lumberton wins 33-13(Coach Gage 2nd game of new system) 2009 -Lumberton wins 35-29 (Coach Price) 2008- Lumberton wins 24-7 (Coach Price)

Finaly found the stats for the game! 417 yards rushing on the night! Denny rushed for 145 and Oneal rushed for 167. the eagles for a team averaged 8.45 yards an attempt Total Yards -BH 433 NL 217 First Downs - BH 17 NL 137 Rush yards - BH 49/414 NL 22/104 Pass Yards - BH 19 NL 113

Glad to be playing a team this week ,so that we can get a compairison of some sort. Anything less than a blow out by BH would be dissapointing unless GCM is that much improved this year.  Hope to see a good game. What going on at Lumbertons field that the game came to BH? Are you guys putting in a new field?

Both times they scored they got the ball around the 40 yardline. BH's kickoff team scared me a couple of time as the tigres got some good returns! that has to get shored up quick. [/quote] Bronco Pride from the bottom of my heart i apologize for doubting your wizdom in being able to tell how much a team will get beat by because you said they were little ;D Good call ;D Ok the final wal 37-13 , but the Tigres were not really small and didn't seem slow either, but they were getting swarmed all night by the BH D. Overall the Tigres have a big QB and some nice recievers and not bad on special teams either. The Tigres week points were on the line were BH had the size and speed advantage IMHO. For BH tonight they looked really good and Caleb played a heck of a game ,but the FB Oneal is a man beast!!!! This kid was dragging people , shucking off blocks and just playing like an animal! Very impressed with Oneal. BH had some issues with big penalties tonight causing 2 TDs to get called back and poor field posisiton, so that has to get worked on ,but overall they look to be a very good team this year! The Tigres from Mexico was a very classy team you could tell that they were just happy to be playing football and were proud of thier country.. Goodluck to them next week as they take on Kileen Shoemaker next friday.
