  1. Last year everyone from the GT counted BH out in this game! I remember predicting a 2 td victory and all that i heard was there was no way BH would beat Jasper by that much at the pound! Guess what happened This year the game will be a bit closer as I respect the speed and program that Jasper has!!! This year its on the HILL and you will see a sea of BLUE as you walk into Eagle Stadium!! Good luck BH in a slobber knocker
  2. Thanks for the article!! But Brooks is off base about BH.
  3. Who all from Jasper is going to make the trip to BH??? It was a long haul last year when we came up!!
  4. WOS #9???? Well we know were those raking have got them before ;D
  5. New Caney in a close one!

  7. This was swipped from the BH sports report! Can I cheer now Friendswood? ;D from The Baytown Sun - Barbers Hill made themselves at home in the Santa Fe Tournament with two wins on the opening day of play. Barbers Hill opened up with a 25-13, 25-16 win over La Porte and then knocked off host Santa Fe. “La Porte was huge; they had a lot of height,†Barbers Hill head coach John Leonard said. “Everybody got to play and contribute. We just got off of the bus and played well.†The game against Santa Fe was much closer as the Eagles came away with a 23-25, 27-25, 25-11 win. In the second game, the Hill was trailing 24-20 but ripped off six points in a row as Courtney Dessel entered the game and made a big contribution. “It was back and forth like it always is against Santa Fe,†Leonard said. “I’m really happy with the way the kids played.†Barbers Hill improved to 13-1 and will return to action today when they travel to Dickinson. The Santa Fe tourney will resume on Saturday with the Eagles facing the loser of Deer Park’s match with Rockwall. Going into Saturday's contests, Barbers Hill need 2 wins to capture the invitational tournment which featured some 20 teams. In the first match of the day, BH swept Bridge City to move into the championship match. By the end of the day, the Eagles had to face first round opponent, host Santa Fe. And just like the earlier match-up, Santa Fe captured the opening game. But BH hung tough taking the final 2 games to win the series 2-1.
  8. Tiger yall have a good team! !st game jitters is over and now it's time to take care of business! Goodluck to Wharton in district and in the playoffs!!
  9. Nope we will block at least 1 PAT, so no more than 59 :'( Should be a good one both teams have to stop the fumble plays! Jasper had 7 turnovers while BH had 4 in the last games with two other fumbles they got back!! I feal good about BH chances, but they have to tighten up!!!
  10. It does look like Jasper had a harder time than we did. Jasper outgained Livingston 333 yard to 180 and lost 27-15!!! Jasper lost 5 fumbles and threw two interceptions!!! As for the game this is going to be very close. Jasper always have the athelets and should be better than last year. With both teams having messy opening games it hard to predict, but what the hay ;D BH 21 Jasper 17 (This worked for the Wharton game, so will be my standing prediction) ;D
  11. This was a very sloppy game tonight, but a win is a win ;D Both teams made mistakes BH had 5 fumbles losing 3 of them while Wharton Fumbled twice losing both. BH one interception and Wharton two interceptions! Yuck :-X BH was also with in the 15 yard line 3 times and came away with ZERO points while not putting the ball through the uprights in 4 attempts. Thats a potential 27 points that BH failed to convert!! On the good side though Carmona looked good he is going to get better and better while Andrew Little was power running the ball while not comming down easy!! Once BH fixes the bugs this team could suprise a lot this year. Overall good win Eagles Wharton was supposed to be up this year and yall came in and showed no fear.Goodluck EAGLES!!!!
  12. Congrats WOS! Comming down from 14-0 and shutting down Dayton in the process was absolutly Awesome. Dayton was jus plain outcoached from my perspective why Dayton came out in the second half trying to throw the ball after running it down WOS through in the first half is beyond me. Good luck to both teams Dayton will work the kinks out as well as WOS and do well this year.
  13. Sweet!! I have a thread with my name on it and from my best bud Griff ;D All that I can say is congrats to WOS! If I had to predict the game again it would be the same. On papper Dayton should have rolled WOS. WOS Coaching is just to good! The adjustments that WOS made at the half just killed Dayton. Again congrats to the WOS football team yall played one heck of a game!!! Now for you Griff you sniffiling little ;D How can you live with yourself as you coward behind a keyboard lurking for the change to start a BH bash. (While the bias moderators let it happen) anytime we start talking smack we get a reminder from the Mods that this is not a smack forum!!!! Last post for me on this topic! Goodluck to the Mustangs once again you proved you are the team to beat in the area!
  14. K-ville by a bunch ;D
  15. Going to support the Bronco's in Orange!! This is going to be a good week! First highschool football tonight on Fox then Friday in Orange and then Saturday at the Rig in pearland watching my EAGLES!! Anything happening Sunday-----------oh yea NFL ;D
  16. From the Baytown Sun "The school will open with a full compliment of varsity and sub-varsity sports teams despite including only grades 9-11. The Patriots will compete in the 4A category for University Interscholastic League events for at least the first two years, but possibly longer depending upon growth patterns in the north part of Baytown. The district is projecting 1,300 students to attend the school in 2008, and about 1,700 by the 2009-10 academic year. " 9th through 11th and they will have a Varsity? I guess that is just the first year.
  17. Well in the case Dayton by 40 ;D
  18. Yuck ??? Baytown seems to have cheesed this out!!! Just my Opinion ;D
  19. I think just the local Refs will keep Dayton in check ;D It's hard playing in the triangle against the 12th man ;D
  20. You buying the Waffles? ;D
  21. Admin, those numbers just may be close to the scores this week ;D
  22. Meet and greet is cool with me 8)
  23. I'll be the guy with the BH football hat ;D Although there may be a few of us there supporting the Bronco's since we have a Saturday game!!
