Culture goes beyond Prieto’s little stint. Crosby ISD seems to be the issue. It starts at the top. You want what 14.2 is trying to sell you then you have to be willing to except change. Why do you think BH is successful across the board and has been for decades? It’s all about the culture IMO.

Agreed. 14.2 does keep it interesting and is the heartbeat of Crosby on this board. The Rollercoaster is just tough to hang on to😎 Always selling Crosby for what they are not. Crosby always seems to have the athleticism, but the attitude and discipline seem hard to control. Coach cheeseburger seemed to have harnessed that with the trip to state, but Crosby wrecked that ship and here you are. Y’all give this coach a chance and he may can get you there again, but I think the culture has to change at Crosby IMO. Oh and the unsportsmanlike penalties please 😂

14.2 is my entertainment as I watch the phased evolution of his outlook. Phase 1 - Doubting that the coach can walk and chew gum at the same time Phase 2- Screw it we’re moving to Dayton this is BS Phase 3 - Meet with Coach and he’s ….ok maybe we win 2 games Phase 4- (current phase) Recruiting season begins and kids from around the state flock to Crosby. Phase 5- (entering this phase) Practices begin everyone is huge, fast and better than any team in the past. We might just win 5 games Phase 6- Beatdown from King lowers expectations, but King is the best team in the country so who knows Phase 7 - plays well against FBM …. We may just make it to state …hell yeah Phase 8- (Final Phase) beats Lee to death then gets embarrassed by BH at home. 14.2 exits the board till playoffs. Dallas Cowboys of Harris County

Lol not for an air attack. Hope for a good clean game. BH has yet to beat the Titians, but have played competitive with them. BH did well last year moving up and getting to the second round in their 1st year of 5 A Div1. Starting out the season ranked #23 bringing back 7 on O and 6 on D! BH should be tough this year, I think the only question mark is the O- line that graduated a bunch.

PAM is loaded, but I’m going with the Eagles for DC this year. We play PAM at home and hopefully not in a tropical storm like last year 😎. The Eagles will be a challenge for secondaries this year with one of the best receiving corps I have seen at BH. Returning a good group on defense with the LB’s and line being solid. BH will continue to excel under Abseck. It’s going to be a fun year can’t wait

Got to have faith🤩 I think we will plug another RB in , so no worries there. Crosby will have Dixon next year once he is eligible, so that should help on the wide outs.

Watched this last night on Texan Live. As the score would suggest there was good defense, but both teams were shooting terrible. Felt like I was watching a pick up game after school. BH has to play a lot better they just looked like the were going through the motions and terrible at the line. #17 in the state not last night.

Flip BH and Crosby 😃 BH was very young this year and will be returning the house. We will be much improved with experience, so not sure how a young Crosby team can get the prediction over BH next year. PAM stays in the 1 spot until dethroned, but hopefully there isn’t a tropical storm in BH this year to decide it 😂

Texan Live screwed up the night BH played and didn’t broadcast the game, so I didn’t get to see it. I keep hearing we should have won the game as we entered the 4th quarter with a 17-14 lead! Not sure what happened from the point as we gave up 21 points in the last 6 minutes of the game. I was surprised they beat Reedy last week after they knocked off Lancaster, but that’s high school football. I would have to believe Longview is the better more well rounded team and will take this one. Timberview is a run heavy team which should be contained by LV.

Hope PAM takes it to them, but if I’m betting it’s on Longview. Goodluck Titians

Thanks for letting us know what happened Tradin and Kenny. Thanks to Texan Live I was in the dark. Good season for the Eagles, but disappointing to hear how this one ended. A ton will be returning next year hope to be watching them in December
