I have yet to see MY Team... But i watch the WB... They will be hard to stop on offense especially if C Louis can calm down and not throw the ball so high. C. Michaels is the truth and he runs hard. R. Grant will run the ball on short yardish downs. J. Garret can get open. D. Lopez has hands... This offense will have to play the "If you score 50, I will score 51" all season. The defense is suspect. No pass rush all night. LB's are decent at best with a few spectacular plays here and there. The DB's have no instinct. I watch a kid have the perfect angle on a pick, he got there, waited, let the offensive man catch the ball, then tackled him... It was a 3rd and 16 that turned into a first down. Unacceptable!

Jamal was and always has been a class act, so comparing them there they are the same... Jamal's vision was unmatched on the high school level. Jamal got better as the game went on because the kid would not get tired, it was amazing Jamal ran very hard in Highscool and was not an easy load to take down... Don't geat High school mixed up with college. Christine is a powerful back, with good vision, and he is flat out gifted. In high school Jamal was a batter back, but I think Christines will translate to the next level better... Christine will be a better college back, and if God blesses a better pro as well.

This kid is KRAZY good... He reminded me of when I use to watch Jamal play at Memorial... Even if the D sniffs the play out he can make something happen. But what is freaky is that Christine is unbelievably strong. On one play the kid caught a big hole but the LB filled it quickly... Christine lowered his shoulder and the (LUFKIN) LB flew off his feet. The crazy thing is the CHRISTINE NEVER LOST STRIDE. He went up the field for 50 more yrds. Then he went to the sideline and helped all his lineman to their seat and patted each one on their shoulders...

Kid, keep your ear to the streets. Most JUNCOs have at least one tryout a year and pretty much one to none kid is chosen out of the 20 plus that try out. It is very difficult to attempt to get noticed one you are out of high school. Take a page from the NED LB from last year. Put together a highlight tape and circulate it to all JUNCOs.... You chances are already slim, but if you dod not have a highlight tape from your high school games your chances of making any team are very slim. You need to contact D2 and smaller JUNCOs and Colleges.

No European team is putting up with the J.Brown Baggage... He will be somewhere playing JUCO ball trying to get to Texas next year!

Tiger can't make me believe he hasn't questioned coaches of his favorite teams... Whether its the Cowboys or the Rockets or any other team. We all have opinions and hopefully we all are smart enough to recognize issues. If your offense doesn't work with three of the fastest kids in the area in key positions something is wrong. If you have a QB that is a senior and not getting it done after 5 games its time to go young and develop one for the future. If your offensive line has blocking issues, you can't run the ZONE-READ because it takes too much time to develop. If you can't stop the run and you stay in the same defense, and make no adjustments. That is the difference between GOOD coaching and BAD coaching. Lumberton did not have Centrals talent but their offense looked fluent and deliberate, that is a statement for the coaching! Central and Memorial has had those issues, I am with you State Champ. Central will win this game because there staff is notas pathic as Memorials staff.

I know this sounds like hate but I would like every team in 20-4A to just beat the living daylights out of Lumberton just to humble them a little bit!

That is how I know Ozenfines just talks out the side of his neck... Lopez did not play last year because he wanted a full year of basketball (his first love). So he did not start because he wasn't even suited up. But know the kid realiizes after all these years he just may be a BETTER football player that basketball player. Ozen has the athletes to be good every year... But they fall short every year so don't tell me about the players... Can the coach get them together and can they perform to their potential? HUH? The way I see it is that Micheals will eat up Ozen, Garrett will be the deep threat and Lopez will catch everything that comes his way and then D up Ozen's best reciever at CB. The Defense so far is suspect for the Brook so I think they will live by the Chip Ambres Philosophy, "If you can score 50, I can score 51!"! The final score will be like 42-24! Ozen will compete, but not win... My Jags... And how I love them, won't be able to put the point total needed to beat the Brook because they are so RUN oriented! I say the D will be stronger this year and it will be 28 to 14! And that hurts my heart to say!

After watching the Area's AAU team play I have to go with Gulley... That kid can play inside and out, he actually plays defense, and he is quicker than he looks. Until Decarlos learns what a good shot is he wont live up to the hype. Lopez and Robinson will have great senior campaigns even though Lopez will miss the beginning of the season playing Playoff football. Brey is real nice. The kid they call Nemo from Brook will surprise everyone. Also, Willie Jefferson will be the beast in the middle.
