Actually Bosh had a PG on that team, that went baseline and yammed it!! 5'9" inches I think he played for SMU! That Duncaville '99 team was a beast... Two D1 signees (one never panned out) and they won state in Baseball, Football and basketball that year. Maybe its just a good program but what a feat!!! Now the TJ Ford Willowridge teams were second to non!!!!

Dominique Young from Central 2001 was a great dunker. I remember him dunking on Big Cantue and that other 6'9 big man fom Brook class of 2000 in the YMBL on a put back off the rim... The kid is only 6' tall!

I thought the term White Flight had died! I see it hasn't but I wish you would good to Lumberton, make it a %A so it can comtinue to get its a$$ beat like it does now in 4A... It has that the best teams are teams with whites and blacks personnel working together. Personally I can care less if your kind goes away... In fact thank you! Black kids go to the WB because black kids live in the west end! And the ones that don't live in the west end go there because the friends they had in middle school went there and they chose to be with their friends and teamates! And for the record get to running because yes blacks stay in the west end and we are not going anywhere... So howdy neighbor!!

But without good grades they can't go to college!!! Which means no matter how good they are, they will not get to go out and further develop their skil. That means no pros and no free college!! And last I checked the NFL wasn't taken them straight out of high school! Don't forget people this is SCHOOL not recreational fun! If a kid wants to play the game without the school then there are other leagues for them to do it in, i.e. Little Leagues all the way to Semi Pros! That is the place for kids who can't put up in the class room! Not on a SCHOOL footbal team or any other SCHOOL associated activity! remember these are SCHOOLS?

Did anyone check this out. Arkansas let Smokin Joe Chaisson throw 5 passes in the game vs. Alabama. They let a true freshman QB in this big time game!!! He was 2 for 5 for 21 yrds. This kid looks to have a bright future with the team... Congrats to Joe and all of his family!

Every little brother wants to beat the big brother... I mean its even in the Bible, David vs. Goliath. Its good for the small school win or loose to feel that they can compete with the big brother! All big brothers beat up on lil brothers!! Whenthe lil brother finally wins one then big brother respects him... Then big brother works harder not to lose to lil brother again... It competition and its good!

Get off the soap box!!! It's just a way of stating the classification with the schools. If you are 3A you are 3A... If you loose to 5A or 1A its still a lose. A good team can beat a bad team... we all know this!!! Boo Whoo stop whinning. It doesn't even matter! If you rae a larger school then win the game and it won't be negative.
