2.
Final Jasper JV              8 Silsbee JV            40
ouch
 3.
Jasper wont be able to handle that clutch defense. They can give up 500 yards tonight, but they make the huge stops when they're needed. thats why we keep winning. Silsbee by a touchdown! 28-21
That better not happen......Need consistency.

Check your spelling; however, considering the school you went to I understand....
Dont worry i didnt go to nederland if thats what your emphasizing their sport. Proud Graduate of La Porte Bulldogs. Yeah i messed up on the spelling big deal i did not know setxsports became a spelling bee. i was up all night on watch protecting YOUR freedom so next time when you criticize someone serving the country better watch yourself buddy. HOOAH!
First off booter HOOAH is army. Incase you haven't heard Navy is HOOYAH. And why so sensitive? I know you took more verbal abuse in boot than that. And what watch did you do? I bet i've done worse and longer.
What Branch were you in? And yes Army is HOOAH but Army is not the only one who uses it they might have started it but  SWCC uses it just as much we work very closely with the army rangers thats how we started it. Dont know what SWCC is just look it up on youtube plenty of videos or better yet im in for the first time since iraq on monday and ill be gladly to show you photos and videos. And right now we are under lockdown we have been getting threats and i was up all 49 hours and then 9 hours off and we just went off of lockdown at 1900. So i was just a wee bit tired.
Well dead gum. Didn't realize you were joe navy. And yall may use HOOAH in your company or whatever it is your in but i'll stick to navy talk. Not downing you or anything just saying. You do your thing and i'll do mine. And Yes i do know what SWCC is. I'm not that dumb. And dang 49 hours plus 9. Thats a total 58 hours. Dang man. You must be tired. Try doing a 96 hour Ordnance onload on a Carrier that has 4 different magazines ranging from frames 54 to 138 and 3 decks on each magazine and packing them all up full and not getting one break cuz your the only one who can run a forklift in your mag. And if you can't tell i'm a NAVY AO. IYAOYAS!
Squid talk. ::)  ;D Good luck to both teams!
 5. Great news about Turk!
 6.

How did it go with Turk?
Will be out for the Jasper game and possibly the district opener against Orangefield in two weeks. Will most definitely be back for the Bridge City game in 3 weeks.
Time to make your prediction. ;)
 7. How did it go with Turk?
 8. Man.....I thought of saying something, but I just cant seem to pull the trigger.

 12. Big Dave!  Congrats!  Keep it up! Congrats to both.
 13. To soon for this.  The tigers are just now finding out who they are.  Give it time.
 14.
Maybe its not but it is enough. If you break it down and say that half are girls and half is boys that is 86 or 21 more boys per class. Before you start I do realize that not all boys are in athletics. Lets say half 43 boy are in athletics from 9th to 12th. 43 is enough to make another varsity team. In 3A on down it does matter. In 4A on up it does not. You experts think I am whinning. No I am not, I am realistic. Now people will say how does 2A Newton compete with the big boys? Different breed of kids. They are still "old school", just like WOS. You don't see many parents visiting the coaches office to complain at those schools.
I dont get it.  Are you saying that HF is a bunch of girls? ;D
 15.
OK. You've changed my opinion. I'm over it. Silsbee has the greatest team ever, the classiest announcer, the finest stadium, cutest cheerleaders, the most knowledgeable fans that have the utmost modesty about their overall winningest program ever in Texas high school football history! I was very honored to have been allowed to even be in the presence of such greatness. What was I thinking? ;)
Its ok Champ.......I know you were upset at the loss.  You are forgiven. ;) Now that you have the knowledge......use it to make your life better.  You could change your name to ChampionTiger and we would have your back....not be on it. ;D
 16.
Alot were doubting WOS with the 2 losses........Not I, congrats Stangs. I smell a Dist Championship!!!!!!
Or you just smell? ;D
 17.
I'll make mine later in the week. ;) Gonna miss Turk.
True.  Still think the Tigers can win it.  Going to need some 3rd down conversions.
 18. Silsbee in another close one. Fear the Horn!

Silsbee has one of the worst. It is their home field and their choice to force me to listen to one accolade after another about their players on both sides of the ball when he can't even get our kids last name right. Should be neutral or turn system down so only home side can hear it. It's a form of mental torture for both the fans and the kids playing.
;D You havnt played Lumberton yet. Their announcer is way more homer than ours ;D
To me it is very disrespectful of the visiting team and their fans and smacks of "we'll do anything to win" instead of "play hard and fair". Things in life aren't always fair and some people don't see any difference in those two statements. I'm not indicating cheating by Silsbee or anything like that, it's just very distasteful to me personally to have to be forced to sit there and listen to it. Silsbee has a very good team that played hard and with a lot of heart and won. Why not let that speak for itself?
What Champ is trying to say is that he gets very annoyed when Newton loses.  I feel ya Champ...I get this way too.  I cant stand it when they try to say something good about their home team.  Who do they think they are?...Proud parents or fans? Cant they see that my team is losing?! I cant concentrate  @#!*.....we are losing!  And it is all the announcers fault! ;D

Must have been a looong trail ride back Champ.  This reads like you are tired and grumpy.
 21.
Any word on the injured players?
Poo will be looked at on Monday. Dont know about the Newton player.
