ive only seen walters pass up shots to get it to byars when he's hott... i really think they dont get him the ball enough... i watched the kelly game he had the guy under the basket pinned on his back at least 15 times with no one around him and shannon and whoever else had the ball just ignored him...

walters only gets 5 shots a game... and byars will shoot it even if he is missing it but larry bird once said it takes a real shooter to miss 20 you just gotta keep letting it fly...

i know shannon is way better than jarvis that isnt what im saying... take the college park game this weekend shannon pulled shots from the 28 ft mark or even further... but think about in the newton game jarvis had i think 26 points and jacoby or whatever had 31... the ball was distributed scoring was even jarvis distributed the ball im guessing even though i didnt see the game... shannon is pullin from 28+ feet with people wide open

up until this season i wouldve gone with shannon robbinson.... but... since he played football this year he has changed... the thing i liked the most about shannon is that he always got the open guy and the right guy the ball... it used to be about him getting his team in the position to win now its turned into "im gunna get m points"... im not saying JB the best because i really think shannon is but with the play ive seen from him id pick JB right now.... he's gotta get it out of his head that he's the only one that can get this team to win... until he does its just gunna be the shannon robbinson show and silsbee will lose

I said that Thomas is a good team and that they beat Westbrook a 5a team from our area and that it would be a good judge of where Kelly stands. I saw cody go 4-14 behind the arc then go 6-9 he seems to not have a consistent stroke. He is a streak shooter that shoots alot of 3's. Not close to being the best around. I have to say Jarvis Benard from what I have heard havent seen him play. from what ive read on the board this year jarvis hasnt been very consistent this year either and in no way am i saying he is not a great shooter because he is... so you say someone is just a streak shooter and by the way... only hitting 4 one night and 6 another isnt much of inconsistency whose to say that on that six for 9 night if he had shot 7 more shots and missed them all he would have hit the same percentage of shots as the 4 for 14 night it doesnt make him inconsistent... but i have never seen this kid play anyways just saying your stats dont really match up with inconsistency
