Crosby will score but not enough to win. BH by 10 points, Crosby would have scored on us but turnovers killed them. BH defense will hold that Crosby offense we just showed them how Friday night and they are watching the tape as we speak. Crosby won't make any adjustments and BH will have their number. Merka will score and so will Scott but thats all. My score prediction is 24-14, BH finishes district 6-1. Crosby 4-3.

I agree Good post Cougtalk, I don't like you but good post. I thought you might be OK, but no. Anyway good post. I think one of the things being over looked is the fact that a young secondary has had a chance to grow and learn on some pretty good competition, mostly pre-district. Galena Park didn't prove to be the juggernaut everyone thought, Crosby, Dayton, and BH proved that. Merka is an outstanding athlete and has been consistant for 3 years. He impressed me as a sophomore in 08', I think a major factor will be the strength and conditioning of Crosby's O-line, to hold Dayton's D-Line it will require all 5 lineman plus, to give Merka time. It will be interesting to see how all this works out Friday night. This is where the rubber meets the road for both teams, a year of celebrating or a year in shame lays in wait.

[/quote] I think the front 3 are as good as in the recent past. Not just one dominate player like years past but all three are soild. I take exception with the comments about our secondary, especially in years past. Our secondary consistantly includes the top athletes on our team and always has. These secondaries have only struggled when they play some of the top teams in the state. We fell pray to the likes of Garrett Gilbert, Tyrik Rollison, Johnny Manziel, and Jacob Karam. The list of players that our secondary has consisted of the last few years will go down in Dayton Bronco history as some of the best to ever put on a Bronco uniform. The kids that are back there now are young with the exception of baldwin and he is definately not in question here.
