Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how many helmets and shoes come off during games now? Tie your shoes and buckle your chinstrap, geeze. From the pros all the way to JH. College is real bad about helmets flying around.

Not sure, but I think it is great that BH is academically excellent. I truly am proud for the district and the kids in your area. Just try to lighten up a little man. This is supposed to be fun.

Well said, I have an interest in the sub-varsity games (nephews, friends and such) but Friday is the only one that goes in the books.

Playoff machine? When did we get a playoff machine? Nobody told me about a playoff machine! What color is it? Dang, I hope it's pretty. Not like that ugly piece of crap playoff machine Crosby has! That thing is always slow to start, runs good down the stretch, then blows a gasket in the first rounds. Man, maybe they should have traded in their playoff machine during that Cash for Clunkers program. GCM's playoff machine is going to need to outrun Central in Bi-District, so dang the color, how fast is it?

Fact is there are plenty of "people" lurking in the fringes waiting to trash WOS for any reason. The ambulance chasers, high speed car chase watchers, and rubber-neckers of the world smell blood. Fingers are primed and ready to tear down a kid and program for a stupid mistake. We took a lot of heat for our 5 kids last year, heck people still make comments about it. Bottom line is, it makes some people feel better about themselves if they can trash someone else.

Please don't start that, questioning the play calling is questioning the coaching. Dayton is well coached and the play calling has never been the problem. We have to hang on to the ball, if a player can't he isn't going to get the ball handed to him.

I think we should let this thing develop before we name it. Right now it is a little less than name worthy.

Crosby won and they deserved it. They capitalized on mistakes and executed their plan. Other the past few years Crosby always has a critical turnover or something to turn the tide in their games against Dayton, this year it was Daytons turn to cough up the ball in a bad spot, 4 times.

How about the "Crow Bowl"??? Thats about right!
