By my guesstamation, they want him to get experience this year and regardless of how well Lee does Cody will be the man to beat out next year.They know he will get his degree early, he's already a sophomore academically. Really if you discuss with the UIL realignment staff, they have just as hard a time trying to please everyone as you would everyone on this board... Well, I haven't had the opprotunity to speak with them and I am sure it is hard to please everyone but, some of their decisions simply lack common sense. But, its politics so its to be expected.

Yep, I have noticed over the years that a team that is familiar with winning doesn't lose its composure when they turn the ball over, or get a bad call or make a big mistake. It takes a team time and experience to learn you can overcome those obstacles. This is one of the benefits of experienced players on a team.

I talked to a guy I work with who lives in Spring about the KP vs BH game. He's not a big football fan but he took his kids to the game because they had never been to a HS game. Not sure how they ended up in Humble but, his take on it was, and I quote,"They looked like they were in slow motion, both teams". Just thought I would throw that out there, by the way he had no idea what district or team i was associated with.

good point texans I don't think anyone ever said he was a star, but when you have his speed he can break a game wide open at anytime. There was also a kid by the name of Chance Casey playing here, now at Baylor, he was the go to guy. Not sure about not playing him on "D", that would be a good question for Flannigan. This is typical of defensive stats but usually the people that need to know them find them. Coaches keep them but the paper don't want them. The media is all about the offense.
