I hear nothing but good things about Bart Littleton --who is home schooled.  Over 90% completions, no interceptions, no sacks.  Good quiet kid. Just does not seem to get the exposure needed to get to the next level.  8)

Rephrase the Question:  If you were to form a team, who would you pick to be your Quarterback?  The variables to consider is what type of Offense you are looking for---yet the QB is essential into leading all types of offenses.

Several posters agreed that Ricks on Magnolia in Beaumont has the best soul food in this area.  Others agreed that Nicks grocery in Port Arthur--(39th street) has the best cajun boudain.  It ain't the color of the cook ----it is the special gift of seasoning that makes the product special.  Until you have tried and experienced them, you will never know.  Opinions are irrelevant.
