In an impressive show of class Vidor painted "Tip" on their field to honor our longtime announcer Mr. Tip Durham.  I as well as all of us Indian fans were moved by the gesture and the heartfelt speech the Vidor announcer gave to honor Mr. Durham.  So thank you from the Indian Nation and also thank you for the best halftime of the 2010 football season!!

Have to give major props to Chase Bertrand!  Not sure how many people saw what took place on the sideline after he scored a touchdown, but Chase went up to each of the o-line guys and shook their hand.  A very classy move from a very classy player!!  ;D

;D I'm very proud to say that PNG's JV went undefeated.  Skipper you're right we do have a SUPER program going here at PNG.  Our boys are working even harder this spring than they did last year.  I can't wait for football season to begin!! 

The PNG Faithful would love any of our other 20-4A schools to come out and support our team tonight.  To the rest of the teams from 20-4A playing this weekend good luck and let's sweep this round of the playoffs!! ;D ;D

Heard an update on the gentleman who got sick.  He is doing better and should be getting out of ICU tomorrow.  When they took him off the sedation and took his breathing tube out one of his first questions was who won the game.  When he found out the Indians won he started singing Cherokee.  Now that's a devoted Indian fan!

Just to let ya'll know...NO ONE is allowed on the field after the games. I know I miss being able to go down and visit with the players after the game, but it is no longer allowed. Just thought I'd let ya'll know so you can plan accordingly with the players you know. Good luck Nederland and I hope you enjoy our new Reservation. Sending up prayers for an injury free game for both teams. Scalp 'em Indians!!

Wow if this is the final, PNG JV have outscored there 4 opponents 125-14 Good job JV This was the final score. We have an AWESOME JV team!!

Although some PNG fans( in some people's opinions) are getting big headed, as a parent of a PNG player I can assure you that Coach Faircloth is not feeling big headed and will not allow his players to feel that way as well. Our players will be ready to play.

IMHO our team always plays better when the fans and fired up and into the game. Seems like if the fans are flat then the team plays flat. So Indian Fans let's be LOUD and PROUD for the rest of the season!! SCALP' EM!!

The Indians played a great game. Hope Crosby's QB isn't hurt too bad. Glad Coach Faircloth stayed classy and didn't run the score up. Exciting times here on the reservation. Can't wait til next Friday when we play Texas City!
