I wouldn't be opposed to that, but not for all of the teams.  Maybe do a new double elimination bracket at the Sweet 16 or Elite 8.  I'm surpised they haven't tried that yet as a way to make more money.

Yeah they go from 64 teams in the tourney to 8 in the College World Series then they play a new double elimination tourney.

[/quote] now that i think about it i think it would work in the Elite 8. They would have to move the tourney start date up though.
