Anyone have accurate records for all these teams heading into district? I know everyone is 0-0 now but just for the sake of conversation.

Word I got is Nederland's looking like they have two number one's after the way Raines has thrown last few outings.  Interested to hear thoughts who's seen him throw.

I believe Nederlands is 8-2-2. And IMO Raines has it going on. I believe Nederland will take it all. Chemistry of the team seems to be great. What a team should be like :)

Vidor has won six games when scoring 8+ runs but when they score under 6 runs they are 0-4.
On the other hand, while Nederland has also won six games when scoring 8+ runs, they have gone 4-0-2 when scoring under 6 runs.

My prediction, if Vidor gets Sanderson and they cant score at least 6 runs (which I doubt they do) they lose. Smith will keep Nederland away from scoring 8+ but the Dogs will get enough to get the win. I'm going with a 4-1 final but it should be a good one with around 20 total strikeouts between the two pitchers.

As for LCM and PNG on Friday, IMO this will be the best game of the week as there is a possibility that either or both of these teams could be 1-0 or 0-1 going into this game, with a chance for one of the two to get off to a great start or really stumble out of the gate. At LCM, Ill take the Bears 7-5.
