Port Arthur Memorial Defensive Coordinator Change

I heard from someone that I generally trust as a reliable source that Port Arthur Memorial is getting a new D coordinator but he wouldn't tell me who. Have any of y'all heard anything about this?

How is the guy not getting the job done. They were pretty salty on D this year and they just made a deep deep deep playoff run the year before that and played great D. Not to mention the guys resume. WOW, you people kill me man, the DC has done a hell of a job considering they were getting 50 put up on them almost every week before he got there. wow

Brown was the only one that stayed a year.  Barnes was D coordinator for 3 years and is still on the staff...doesn't sound like every year to me.  All I'm saying is that sometimes changes need to be made and there's nothing ridiculous about that.  More people need to step up and make changes that are going to benefit the students/athletes and stop worrying about hurting people feelings or stepping on somebody's homeboy toes.  What matter is "what's best for the program"!

well, i just watched the last 2 Oak Ridge vs Lufkin games (combined score 87-0 in just 5 qtrs of play) and couldnt stomach firing up another one. THAT should tell you what i thought of that Oak Ridge D (not the DC personally)  :-\
