lcmfan Posted March 27, 2013 Report Posted March 27, 2013 I just got an email that tonight's win by lumberton ended a 34 consecutive loss streak to the bears dating back to the 1900's. Is that true? or a hoax? Can anybody tell me what was the last time that lumberton beat them?

I know it has been awhile but 34 is a lot of games.

Gabe Posted March 27, 2013 Report Posted March 27, 2013 Matt White pitched 5 1/3. 11k, 9bb on 133 pitches.He averaged nearly 25 pitches per inning and out of 29 batters faced, he got only 9 out on three pitches or less. He was laboring but he was good.

Sure hope White stays healthy because as it stands right now he looks like the easy pick for Pitcher of the Year with a 3-0 district record with wins at PNG, at Vidor, and at LCM! Man thats impressive!
