Ricky Salinas (P)-  Northshore should be a good one also

I know that basically its the coaches vote on a kid that gives him the opportunity to make an all district award but does anyone know what exactly a kid has to accomplish to be considered ?

There is no "measuring stick" for AD selections. It is simply a nomination and a vote. Most votes wins. Scorekeeping is such a subjective endeavor in high school baseball, you can not go by the "stats" provided. (Think Little League "inside the park homerun", but not quite as bad.)

Until the UIL requires an official scorekeeper, that's the way it's going to be.
