That's illegal - a pitcher cannot pitch for both teams.  Ask who pitched for each team.  I know you will smite me for this and I will catch other flack about it too.  But, until I break you baseballers of this habit, I will correct you everytime. ::) 8)

Actually who pitched for both teams or who pitched for each team is correct...both are prepositional phrases that end and or make plural relation. Sorry, but if you want to be very clear one would ask..."who were the individual pitchers for each team?"
