KP - I couldn't agree with you more.

I know it goes deeper than just the HC.  Players have to take responsibility as well.  But, it starts at the top and the turn over for the past 3 years sure doesn't set much of an example for the kids.

Nope and what example did he set with all of this buy into the program mumbo jumbo when all along he was planning on being here for 3 years and leaving.  I said it when he was hired as it was the only reason why a guy would leave his kids sr year at the school where he was a head coach to come to sterling and that was to pump up the old pension avg then return to clear lake. The guy has run off a ton of kids and heck a lot of coaches.
