Tough one for the Oilers.  17-1 is still great!  Sound like Coach Foster had his bunch ready to play for Big Sandy.  Tough to beat them in their gym--they play well there.

17-1 is awesome. sure you had a rough game last night but you kept playing hard and you never gave up. it just seemed like we couldnt catch a basket to save... well anything. congrats to big sandy they came out and played hard, but they better be ready because next game the out come will be completely different. oh props to brandon letsinger...that was a wicked shot!!!

Hats off to Copeland and the Oilers, keep your Heads Up, ya'll have an outstanding ball club. 17-1 nothing to hang your heads about. You will have another shot in WH, and a Health Letsinger. Shot to remember 1.05 sec left in 3rd & 93ft. away & gutsy performance with the bug from Letsinger . Copeland is a baller, what a first half performance.

Take it for what its worth, BS can sub 5 at a time, and all that changes is there, big man down low. The pace off the game never changed, and coaches kept the kids fresh.

Great Game looking forward to WH @ home. Look out BS.

Okay, I got my answer.  And I mostly agree with you, Mr. Reality, but where's the love for Zach Simmons?  He has just as much speed and endurance as Brandon and Tyler!  And, really, aren't most teams half-court teams when you take away their guards?

to start with dont think i am downing the team . but as good a athlete as simmons is he dosnt have the ball handleing skills or court presence of letsinger and copeland. yes most clubs are half court if u take away their gaurds but some are deeper on the bench, maybe not the superstar of letsinger but 3 or 4 like copeland. let me say again WH is my 2nd favorite team and great job boys

Well I know Letsinger and Copeland are awesome players but I give my props to the whole team because without TEAM WORK there would not be a team, and it takes more than 2 players to get the ball down court and make points... As far as Simmons he has out scored copeland in a few games, everyone one has good games and bad games just keep it real... it takes team work to win a game not 2 kids... by the way Brandon heard about the shot....... WAY TO GO

Again I would like to mention, the diff. in the BS-WH matchup was, BS was fresh the entire game. With Letsinger and Tubbs sidelined because of Health issues, that limits the substitution factors. To my knowledge Copeland & Tomlinson never came off the court. Simmons & Hashaw got into foul trouble, thats the only reason they he came off. But from a team stand point they never gave up, and that is why this team is 17-1, they play till the buzzer,no quit in them, and hustle the whole game, so keep all that in mind.They have a great "TEAM".

They were also playing another great team in the State in Big Sandy.

sportsmom3, my sources tell me that he probably means that without Brandon and Tyler they don't have much speed or ability to move the ball down the court and can pretty much only play under the basket (in other words what post players like Matthew, Jared and Austin do best). 

I get where you're coming from, Mr. Reality, just have to disagree a little about Simmons.

i am not saying at all that simmons cant score or that he isnt a good player because he is. just without B L or T C a defense can zone or man up but if them 2 or in there their pressence of mind on the floor makes a deffence pay so much attention to them that it opens up the game for other players
