No matter what program or who's the coach, each new Head Coach has to train their staff and players to their system if it's not the same as the kids ran the year before with the same terminology! Coaches have to learn their players and players will have too learn to trust their coaches. It's not that simple, every new situation normally has a learning curve and depending on how fast everyone learns their responsibillities and can carry them out depends on the immediate success. Programs not facing any change will have the advantage of famillarity, they may not have the athletic matchups but if you don't know what to do, you probably will struggle. I think Central and Ozen will be fine because of the talent level and if the right players are placed in the positions to make plays, but i think it will take a minute for everyone on their teams to all be on the same page! JMO

So all that learning the system , terminology, trust and responsibilities that's why coaches were HIRED and check Central coach list out youre see most have played or coached the system together they will run and it was with the same type talent level but now more. So we've see  from the two scim,LAMARQUE,FRIENDSWOOD --season -- MEMORIAL,WEST BROOK,WEST ORANGE, then 20-4a oh check your games results I think 4 games were lost by less than 10 pts last year.
