The big question is "Will 20-4a score a run in the playoffs?" lol
What happened to all of that great 20-4a pitching? ;D ;)

Sanderson had 12 K's in a 2-0 losing effort... not something i would call bad pitching....

Good outing. It was a jab at a couple 20-4a fans that were saying 19-4a couldn't do anything against the pitching. 12 k's is great, but if you lose then it doesn't mean much.

I think Sanderson out pitched the guy from Dayton, just Sanderson had no help.
#11 Kevin Roe... And in the end.. Doesn't really matter who out pitched who.. what matters is, who gets the win. FYI for Nederland. hit the ball in the air anywhere  near #7 just head on to the dugout. He will catch it.  ;D

Last time my Bears were the fourth seed from 20 we beat the district champion from 19. This has all been in the last three or four seasons and I get it mixed up which year was which first round opponent. I don't recall if that was the year we knocked out Kingwood Park or one of the two years we defeated Crosby. I do remember this part. We finished tied for third and did not play a seeding game or flip a coin, my coach chose fourth and to play the champion which I thought was nuts right up until we won.

So it can be done. Whether it be Dayton over Nederland or LCM over BH.

Side note....I am certain that he would not have chosen BH if that same scenario had arisen again this year.

Good luck to my bears.

Ding ding we have a winner.  That Dayton outfield deserves the game ball, no doubt.  If the Dayton coach catches the flu, Dayton sweeps Ned in 2.  ;) ;)

KP should win that series. They are a solid team.

BH should win in 2. Just too deep.

PNG should win tonight. But Summer Creek has a legit chance in 1 game. The wind should still be blowing in here at RSS tonight. ANything can happen.

IF Dayton wins, that would be one of the biggest upset wins in a long time.

Should finish 2-2.

19-4a has landed a solid punch to the nose of the Dawgs. We'll see how they respond.

Sanderson 12k's 7 hits 2 runs 2 walks I think
Roe 8 k's 5 hits 0 runs 0 walks

You be the judge

In my professional opinion, 2 runs beats 0 runs 100% of the time.

When was the last time 19 took 3of4 from 20. I'm guessing they've never swept?????
According to 20-4A history on this website, never 3 of 4 or sweep by19. I also counted back to see that LCM is 17 for its last 17 in getting to second round of post season. 93 not on there but I was at that one.  I would say that streak is on the line this weekend. Checking on Ned and PNG next.
