Pearland vs. Baytown Sterling Game 2/Pearland advances

Game 2 of a Class 5A best of 3 bi-district series from Pearland High School in Pearland at 7:30 p.m.  Pearland took a 1-0 series lead with a 8-0 win on Thursday.

If Game 3 should be necessary, it will be played tomorrow at Sterling at 2 pm

The winner of this series will face the Fort Bend Travis/Clear Falls series winner.

RSS battled to take the series to saturday but fell alittle short , kyle hill pitched a great game overall and the Rangers never gave up and were one hit away to coming back and taking the lead in the top of 7th inning.  Good luck to all the Seniors and to the ones going off to continue the baseball dream in college we wish all of yall the best.  Congrats to Pearland alot of great kids on that team and good luck in the 2nd Rd of Playoffs.
