They play in the Houston ISD district.  The other 2 playoff teams from their district were Washington and Scarbough.  In their 1st round matchups Scarbough lost a 1 gamer 21-1 and Washington lost 2 games by scores of 19-1 and 20-1.  That should tell you a little about how bad that district is.
