Dayton Bronco Prediction

The justification for a 6-4 dayton in 2013 would be a strong group returning for SC, a dynamic offense from crosby led by the twins, a matured K-park, a thirsty BH looking for revenge and the final playoff spot, and a dayton squad looking to a solid group of juniors and sohps to rebuild from what they saw as a late season collapse and an overall disappointing season in 2012. But that's only justification from what we can see today, the 2013 season will be built starting in the summer for the most part.

[/quote]didnt sc have the same record the year before and a first round bow out to a weak mw team. Seems like they recovered for a descent year in 2012. I hope everybody counts dayton out because of their youth. It will make 2013 that much sweeter. Also you cant listen to coug14 its makes you make statements like kw park will beat dayton. Come on man.

I was told by one of my trusted sourced that the Shaq kid didn't look close to being ready to start on varsity and if you put Keener back there you pretty much neutralize your best position player. I saw Keener throw and he's not going to beat good teams with his arm. Y'all overstated lil Mc being a prodigy too. 5-3 in the district is probably going to get in the playoffs and since y'all are Dayton I think y'all will at least do that. IJS, y'all scored 27 pts the last 3 games of the season once the film was in and lost your three best offensive players in Chambers, McBride, and Aubre. SC, Crosby, and KP bring almost everybody back and all three finished trending up. Dayton plays @Crosby and @SC,  I think they lose both but if they beat BH and KP then you still get in. What's wrong with that Bronco?

[/quote]your trusted source must not be a coach. Also shaq can play any skilled position on the field. Please explain kp trending up. Is it because they almost beat crosby. i sure didnt see it when dayton pounded them. Nobody ever said kyle was a prodigy he just looked that way against crosby.

Comparing the 2011 SC team to the 2012 dayton team based on record is kind of apples to oranges. The 2011 18-4a, which was the district SC was in, was kind of a sub par district where the only real competition was K-park and Willis, the latter we lost to. The 2012 19-4a was quite a bit stronger of a district where that 9-1 record of dayton's involved some quality wins (such as barbers hill and crosby) and the one loss was to a state ranked opponent. On top of that, try to compare a 21-7 loss from Ned to a 41-19 beating by Magnolia West. To make a long story short, dayton is in much better shape coming off of 2012 than SC was coming off 2011 based on relative success so they shouldnt be that much under the radar.

As far as K-park potentially beating dayton in 2013, its kind of a shot in the dark prediction based on returning athletes, and therefor, an assumed difference in maturity. My best guess is that puts K-park slightly ahead of dayton and bh, but any of those three could finish third, maybe even better.
