According to Silsbee coaches, Silsbee will not play Lubbock Cooper. At the state tourney, they seed the top two teams by overall record. Silsbee and Cooper have the two best records. Silsbee will play either La Grange or Pleasant Grove in the semifinals.

There will be a coin flip to determine if the Tigers play La Grange or Pleasant Grove.

Word is Lubbock Cooper is the real deal as well. Hopefully they throw the stud first game. I like Silsbee's chances in Austin though, with Powell on the mound they can hang with anyone

#1 Silsbee  (32-8)
#2 Cooper  (31-10)
#3 LaGrange (24-9)
#4 Pleasant Grove (27-13)

That is the seeding based on the records I have seen.  Win percentage is what they use to determine seeding.  In the past the top seed plays the loser of the coin toss between the last 2 seeds as AAW stated.

Take your own advice, bs.  Silsbee won't be playing Cooper first.  Both the Tigers and Cooper are going to have to win their way to play each other. ::)
