CUPERO named TAPPS MALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR

Andrew Cupero was named Best Male Athlete of the year for TAPPS Div I size schools, which is the biggest schools in TAPPS.  This covers all of Texas TAPPS schools and sports.  He has lettered in soccer for four years, baseball for 3 years and football for 3 years.  Maintained a 4.0 on a 4.0 grade scale.  And will be attending Notre Dame where he has a walk on soccer opportunity.  This is the first player from Kelly selected since 1998.  Congratulations to Andrew, and Kelly high school.

I believe the player from Kelly to win the award in 1998 was Edward Persia---another outstanding athlete.
