I thought Sweeny underperformed this year. They were ranked No. 1 most of the year and had a player get drafted but lost out pretty early in the playoffs to a BC team that - lets face it- was not as talented as some of the teams they've had in the past.

Lost their 6th round draft pick catcher the week of the first round to a broken hand.  The catcher was the catalyst for that team.  Big time blow to them.  Their number one pitcher was out a majority of the season with a shoulder injury.  Injuries did not help.  Carter is a TREMENDOUS coach and the NDNs are lucky to get him.

Next Monday they will vote on the recomended coach.
