When is a foul not a foul?  No calls at end of games. You see it in  high school and in pros(last night)

I like to see 'no calls' on layups where the player driving is obviously just trying to get to the free throw line.  But a 3 pt shot, Green's being blocked by Bosh last night, where there is plenty of body contact should not have been a 'no call', IMO.

The statement made by commentators last night was that "that would be a foul in the first 46 minutes."  The last two minutes shouldn't be any different than the rest of the game.

Refs would have called the foul if Manu didnt take 3 steps. Shouldnt have came down to that anyway if Leonard hits the first FT.
