Beaumont Kelly Player Signs To Play At The Next Level

I was informed this morning that yesterday Kelly guard Shad Wise signed to play college basketball at Murray State College, a Junior College in Oklahoma. Congratulations to Shad and best of luck at the next level.

Congrats.  She went to Odom, which is zoned for Ozen.  So, is Ozen not an option.  I figure that since Ozen has probably the best girls program in SETX, she would want to go and be coached under Coach Brown...

Some people like apples some like oranges! Some like to play with competition to get better, some like to face less to look great! Or, it could be coaching style preference or personality conflicts! Who knows, each school getting kids scholarships is what's important! Congrats to all especially the youngsters who will be getting a free education!

2. Past success with other player that have recently moved on to play college ball that were highly touted prospects in their high school careers.
3. You probably live blocks from Ozen and us probably where all if your friends are going.  Being in a comfortable setting is quite important to teenagers.
4.  Why pay for the chance to play at a medeocre private school program when you can go to a really good private school program?
