I think we will be very good again. The Beaumont schools should be much improved though and have my attention. Vidor is always salty and PNG is young but improved. Livingston always has speed and athletes. Ned should be the favorite but it is no sure thing.

There are No sure things in life.
As long as Neumann is at the helm, DC is highly probable.
Too many other IF factors in district to have someone turn it around and take it from the Dogs this season.  Dogs are too deep at too many positions and just because the names may not be familiar or on radars of mb posters, Dogs will rise to the challenge of 3 peat.

The thing that makes Nederland football work is a strong coaching staff. Everyone on the same page as the head coach, and the ability to keep their players focused. I feel that alot of teams lack the most important standard. Talent alone won't change anything, but add discipline and focus you get 3 years straight DISTRICT CHAMPS!

I think three straight championships is tough no matter who you are. They are probably heavily favored to be in the top four and make the playoffs.

    Nederland will be heavily favored to 3-peat, whether they can pul it off is another story, I believe they will but it won't be easy.

[/quote]Nederland will have a good team, no doubt with a solid running game and good defense, but as far as a serious state title run?  It will depend on how the chips fall.  Georgetown is still out there along with your Dawsons, your Angletons and teams like that.  If the other strong teams in the region are upset and/or Nederland peeks  in the playoffs, this may be THE  big year for Big Ned.

Well It would be tough for either team, both are playing in Ned. Vidor just has that attitude that is so tough to handle. PNG is not winning this year, starting next year and beyond who knows.
