Lamar football non-conference upgrade

We are all tired of seeing the OK Panhandle's, Bacones, etc on the schedule. I would like to know if Woodard is looking at these teams without looking at someone else for a few of the non conference games or if he is trying to schedule better schools with no luck and is left with these type schools as a last resort. I know this is the second year now to play a few FBS schools and I think it's great, but I don't see why the other 2 or 3 games have to be NAIA or Division 2 schools. Why can't we get 2 other FCS schools to play? I would love to see a near future non conference schedule look something like this...

Houston (FBS)
North Texas (FBS)

Don't think Lamar will play South Dakota St. anytime soon considering the Cards didn't follow through with the return trip.
