Pigskin Preps has Silsbee as a 16 point favorite, in Port Neches.

I wouldn't look much into the week 0 spreads. It's based off last year at this point. Who knows maybe a real game will get the Tigers fired up? On tape and from what I've heard Silsbee isn't at the level of last year yet. I think they can be though.
