skipper Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 very poor reads by the mustang OBs and thay are haveing trouble tackling this is not like the chain gang . lc-m has a good QB and good wide outs that can catch the ball i am a tiched worried :-\ :-\. to the mustangs fan that were at vidor saw the mustangs try and push the recivers down thay did not wrap them up just ask a mustang fan that was there
MrUmp1 Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 skip skip skip, that is exactly what a scrimmage is for to find what needs to be worked on. Take a chill pill , drink a 12 pack and if the Stangs are like 0-4 or 1-3 after pre district then i would have some concern. For all the missed tackles I saw a new one wearing a white hat that is a beast.
Dezel Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 they will be ok growing pains from young guys. They will get better as season goes on
robanadana Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 I believe WOS will be fine. We have a better football team than a lot of people want to give us credit for. Whole lotta people thinking Vidor was going down to mediocrity this year....not going to happen. We have not one but two head coaches on our team with playoff experience now. There's a lot to be said for that.
robanadana Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 BTW skipper, you guys scrimmaged the #1 and #2 district 20-4A finishers last year. A lot to be said about that as well.
